Computational Cancer Systems Biology
We are an interdisciplinary research group focused on developing computational tools and experimental technologies to decode tumor evolution.
Our unifying goals are to develop innovative approaches to study the mechanisms of tumor evolution, discover new therapeutic targets and approaches, and ultimately democratize tools and predictive models that enable monitoring of tumor initiation and progression.
We are in the Department of Biology at MIT, and are core members of the Koch Institute for Comprehensive Cancer Research and the Institute for Medical Engineering and Science.
